Order Processing
Please allow between 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Note that processing times are separate from the estimated delivery time displayed at checkout.
Pre-orders
For pre-order items, shipping will occur within 5-10 business days after the listed release date.
Shipping Information
We use DHL for all international shipments. It is essential to provide a valid address and accurate phone number for successful delivery. Depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, international deliveries typically take between 3 and 12 business days. Orders placed during promotions or product launches may require up to 7 business days for dispatch.
For deliveries within Lagos, the expected delivery time is 1-2 days. For other locations within Nigeria, orders should arrive within 4-10 days.
Import/Customs Duties
International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes, depending on the importing country’s regulations. Since our shipments are sent from Nigeria, any such fees will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not calculated at checkout, and we advise contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Refused Packages
We recommend that customers avoid refusing deliveries. If a package is refused, DHL will return it to us, and a return fee will apply. Store credit refunds will be processed after deducting the return fee and the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable. If we do not hear from the customer, DHL may classify the package as abandoned, in which case the package will be destroyed, and no store credit will be issued.
