RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued as store credit for all original-priced items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with original tags attached. All items must be free of stains, odours, or any signs of wear. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to qualify for store credit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for store credit and place a new order with your desired item(s).

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items purchased at a discount.

MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or offer store credit refunds for made-to-measure items. Please ensure that the measurements provided to us are accurate, as all sales on custom-sized products are final.

SWIMWEAR AND INTIMATE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer store credit refunds on swimwear or intimate wear. All sales on these items are final.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and assist you in resolving the matter.

RETURN COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please ensure that any applicable customs fees are paid when returning items, as we are unable to cover these costs
